BRIEF
IDEA (Interactive Derma Academy) is a project by event which we have developed together with your organization over the course of four editions, offering a comprehensive 360º service that covers everything from strategic planning to the complete execution of the experience. The integrated approach made it possible to design and execute each edition in a coherent manner, taking care of both the internal organization and the final experience of attendees and speakers.
From Imascono Health we assume the global management of the project, coordinating all the necessary elements to guarantee the best results. event coherent, fluid, and aligned with the objectives of IDEA. Viatris needed a partner capable of offering a 360º service, guaranteeing solid strategic planning, effective execution and the ability to evolve the IDEA event edition after edition, maintaining a clear identity and an increasingly optimized experience.
RESULT
The continuity of the project over the course of four editions has made it possible to optimize processes, improve the experience year after year and consolidate a model of event scalable and efficient. The combination of strategy, creativity, production and technology has been key in transforming IDEA in a solid, recognizable and constantly evolving experience.
