BRIEF
The San Juan de Dios Hospital in Zaragoza, one of the key hospitals in the Aragonese capital, is committed to new technologies with the launch of its Virtual Hospital. The 3D recreation of its facilities to move freely and know all the hospital services in a more accessible and interactive way.
A process of digitalization of medical and hospital services is currently underway. Aware of this, the hospital team contacted us to digitally transform the patient reception process. In addition to the digitization of its services and communications. To connect patients, families and professionals in a closer and more efficient way.
The result was a gamified, multi-device 3D environment that redefines interaction with the hospital. Users, through an avatar, walk through the center's hall, accessing its online events, information about each of the services and the medical consultation. All from the virtual hospital itself.
Users can tour the hospital, attend live events via streaming, and even interact with digital systems such as virtual consultations and customer service desks. The Virtual Hospital takes patient care to the next level: an environment where patients can be immersive where technology not only informs, but connects emotionally with those who need it most.
