PROJECT
Human-like AI avatar to moderate medical events, providing real-time responses and an interactive and innovative experience.
BRIEF
Santen, a leading company in ophthalmological innovation, celebrated its 10th anniversary innovating in glaucoma with a unique event. For this special occasion, they trusted in VML Health and Imascono to create a differential experience. A humanized AI capable of moderating, dynamizing and interacting in real time with the attendees. Thus Shin was born, an AI avatar that becomes the image and voice of the event.
Santen's challenge was clear: to organize a commemorative day that not only celebrated achievements in glaucoma treatment, but also offered an innovative, memorable and interaction-focused format. In an environment as rigorous as the medical-scientific one, it was key to facilitate agile access to complex information, ensuring a coherent and very precise thread throughout the day.
Imascono, together with VML Health, developed Shin, an AI trained with a careful selection of medical bibliography specific to the event. Thanks to this rigorous training, Shin provided accurate and contrasted answers, avoiding any type of error. Her role was key as moderator, content dynamizer and reliable source of scientific information. Throughout the event, she interacted with speakers and attendees, resolving technical doubts in real time and maintaining medical rigor.
Upon arrival at the event, Shin welcomed visitors on a one-on-one basis and accompanied them throughout the day as a virtual guide. Shin demonstrated that AI avatars are the future of event moderation, combining knowledge, interaction and emotion in one voice.
